Vero 360 supports international founders, mid-market groups and family offices in designing, building and running their UAE platforms.
As Senior CFO Advisor, you sit at the centre of that work.
You will lead client engagements end-to-end – from the first diagnostic conversation through structure design, execution and ongoing board-level support. You are the person clients call when a decision cannot go wrong.
What you will do
Lead client diagnostics
Run structured interviews and document reviews to understand business models, ownership structures, risks and ambitions. Translate complexity into clear problem statements and options.Design structures and finance frameworks
Develop practical recommendations on group structures, UAE entities, governance and finance processes. Build financial models, scenarios and funding plans that boards can act on.Own execution of key projects
Coordinate regulators, free zones, banks, auditors and external advisors. Prepare and review documentation, manage timelines and keep all stakeholders aligned.Act as external CFO for selected clients
Support with budgeting, forecasting, KPI frameworks, cash flow visibility and board / investor reporting. Prepare materials that drive decisions, not just compliance.Be a trusted sparring partner
Challenge and refine client thinking on transactions, relocations, restructurings and strategic initiatives – always with a clear view on numbers, risk and upside.Contribute to Vero 360’s growth
Help refine our methodologies, mentor junior team members and shape how we serve our portfolio of international clients.
What you bring
7+ years of relevant experience
Background in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, Big 4 advisory, investment banking or in-house CFO / senior finance roles.Strong technical foundation
Confident with financial modelling, group structures, P&L / cash flow analysis and board-level reporting. Exposure to tax and regulatory topics is a strong plus.UAE or comparable jurisdiction exposure
Experience with cross-border structures, free zones, banking and/or regulatory environments. Prior work in the UAE is ideal, but strong adjacent experience will be considered.Client-facing credibility
Able to sit with founders, family principals and senior executives, ask sharp questions and communicate complex topics in clear, simple language.Ownership mindset
You enjoy taking responsibility for outcomes, not just deliverables. You are structured, reliable and comfortable navigating ambiguity.Language skills
Excellent written and spoken English is required. Additional languages (Arabic, German, French or others) are an advantage.
